Dog-friendly forest within driving distance from Oulu

The forest can be reserved for a private use in advance all year round. It is a 1.5 hectare fenced area with a 2 meter high dog net. The forest is a hilly and dry coniferous forest, partially bordered by a natural babbling stream behind the fence, and the other half of the forest is a flatter lichen forest. It is easy to reach the forest by car, even with several dogs, and the forest road also serves as a great rally track for dogs during your visit. Depending on the reservation, guests can have access to use the fire pit, warm up in the wooden sauna and sleep in the log cabin. Fire wood, outhouse and various supplies are included. The forest is without electricity to advance genuine nature experiences. The equipment and other lighting have been made so that the forest’s own atmosphere is preserved, inviting you into moments of more natural presence.
