The information is used only for the purposes of Havukka Hideaway Oy. We collect the customer register for the purpose of the appointment booking system order information, invoicing and payment confirmation, and for determining the entrance gate codes. The purpose of the customer register is to enable online trading using Havukka Hideaway’s online store. In addition, the register is collected to enable contact required by customer service. The name, address, email address, telephone number, billing information and booking history are stored about the customers and possibly other information that is relevant to Havukka Hideaway’s services provided by the customer. The information is not disclosed to third parties and is not used for marketing.

The information is kept confidential. The information is destroyed in accordance with the information security instructions.

The data subjects have the right to check what information about them has been stored in the register. The data controller must correct incorrect information indicated by the person concerned or delete the information completely.
